Coming in May 2028! Solera is proud to announce it will be the operator of this new 214-unit senior living community at the redeveloped Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL. Sophia Fox Valley will offer 108 independent living apartments, 84 assisted living units, and 22 memory care units, all part of the mall's transformation into a live-work-play destination. In addition to in-house restaurants and a bar, central social pavilion, rooftop gardens, wellness and fitness center and pickleball courts, residents will have access to the retail, dining and entertainment amenities at Fox Valley Mall.
