Denver-based developer and investor Solera Senior Living is marking its nine-year anniversary with a series of promotions and appointments.
Brittany Patrick has been promoted to chief investment officer, Phil Lord has been elevated to the role of chief operating officer, Samantha Harmond has joined the company in the new executive position of vice president of asset management, Kristen Burman has been promoted to the newly created role of corporate director of culinary experience and Lisa Joy has been promoted to operations specialist.
Patrick joined Solera in 2021 and has more than a decade of hospitality experience. Lord joined the company in 2021. Harmond has a background in finance. Burman joined Solera in 2022. Joy has served as the executive director at The Reserve at Lake Austin for the past three years.
In the past several months, Solera has expanded its portfolio to 14 senior living communities across nine states.
